Britney emerged from court victorious today, regaining overnight visitation with her sons. The judge shot down Kev’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan’s request to bar Brit from being able to have 24-hour visits with her kids, but the judge found the request without warrant. All other custody matters will be decided at a later date. Britney left the courtroom, apparently in a “great mood,” according to her pal Sam Lutfi, despite what other outlets are reporting! They’re on their way to dinner to celebrate now! It’s a positive step — let’s hope for more good news next time!
