Well, this is not one of those posts. My attempt at Red Velvet Cake Balls did not go well, but I don’t need hints or suggestions because I won’t be making them again. Ever. They are my nemesis. Yummy, but my nemesis.

You can see that I tried to dip the two balls on the right in the coating. (I’m 99% sure I got the wrong kind of coating, which is a typical Sasha move.) After that, I gave up and just slopped the coating on top of the balls. Hence the new name “Snow-Capped Volcanoes”. They are a million more of those bitches and making them wore me plum out.

They still taste good, but they look like shit. We’ve had a good laugh over them at the office today.
