Last night, folks in many countries around the world nudged their clocks backward or forward, depending upon their particular hemispheric proclivities. Don’t leave Big Medium behind: Your Big Medium-powered site needs a little nudge to make the Daylight Saving Time adjustment, too.

To change the time in Big Medium 2 for an individual site, update the “Time Zone Offset” setting in the “Settings>Site Properties” screen.

Programming around time zones and Daylight Saving Time is crazy complicated, and thusfar I’ve punted on making Big Medium daylight-savings-aware. Alas, this means that administrators must change Big Medium’s clock manually twice per year. It’s a hassle, I know, but hey… At least those of us in the northern hemisphere have the gift of an extra hour to make the change.
