Even against the odds of going up against the Staunton News Leader and State Senator Emmett Hanger, Chairwoman Anne Taetzsch overwhelmingly won the Staunton Republican Chairmanship today by a vote of 58 to 20.

After an extremely positive speech addressing the group of over 100 guests and city residents, speaking of the future of the Party and what has been accomplished and what will be accomplished in th future, Anne Taetzsch watched as ballots were cast that affirmed her leadership.

The News Leader said Republicans in Staunton should vote their conscience … and they did. They re-elected Anne Taetzsch as the leader of the city Republicans.

Congratulations, Chairwoman Taetzsch! I look forward to continuing to work with you on our conservative causes.
