Not only does she report the news it seems that Alycia Lane also makes the news.

We told you here about her split with Chris Wragge and ‘those’ bikini photos of herself. Well now it’s alleged that she has punched a police detective in the face!

The story is that Alycia Lane was in a car, along with Chris Brooker, when they got behind a slow moving police car. A ‘male’ in their car got out and supposedly shouted, “I don’t care if you’re a cop, drive faster!” Not a wise thing to do.

On hearing this the police officers got out of their car and Alycia started taking photos of them. A female cop asked her to step back and then Alycia erupted, “I don’t give a f*** who you are, I’m a f***ing TV reporter, you f***ing dyke.” She has a delicate way with words.

She was charged with one count of assault with intent to cause physical injury and a hearing is scheduled for April 3.

A spokesperson for CBS3 said, “We have no official comment at this time except to say that we are very concerned for Alycia. We are still trying to sort out exactly what happened.”

She is due to appear on television tomorrow night. No decision has been made regarding this.
