With the news that A-Rod or, more importantly his agent Mr. Boras, is seeking greener outfields for his big A, the rumor from an agent pal of mine is that A-Rod may be headed to the Big A to play for the Angels. There will be a bidding war, to be sure, but apparently the Angels, who are deep in farm talent and lack a bit more of the Red Sox blend of money guys and young guys, are interested in making the move enough to pony up what Boras is asking.
